Becoming: The Making of a Revolutionary

Black Men Build Miami hosts Becoming: The Making of a Revolutionary, an interactive art exhibit at the Historic Liberty Square Community Center during Art Basel Miami. The exhibit asks visitors to look at their own revolutionary transformation next to Malcolm X's, following him from Malcolm Little to Detroit Red, then El Hajj Malik El Shabazz and finally Omowale. Once the exhibit closes, the day turns to a film screening and a discussion on Toni Cade Bambara. Light refreshments are provided.
