Refund Policy

BLUPRNT is an event discovery and ticketing platform operated by PeoplePlacesThingsMiami ("PPTM"). We facilitate ticket sales between event organizers and attendees. The following refund policy applies to all tickets purchased through BLUPRNT.
1. Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the total amount paid, including all fees. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
2. Event rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
3. Denied entry
If you are denied entry to an event for reasons not caused by your own actions (for example, overselling by the organizer), you are entitled to a full refund of the total amount paid, including all fees.
4. Ticket delivery failure
If your ticket is not delivered in the manner requested and this causes you to miss the event, you are entitled to a full refund of the total amount paid, including all fees.
5. General refund requests
For all other refund requests (e.g., change of plans, scheduling conflicts), refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's individual refund policy, which is displayed on the event page before purchase. BLUPRNT will facilitate the refund process but the organizer has final discretion on non-mandatory refunds.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com. Include your order confirmation number, the event name, and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
7. BLUPRNT platform fee
The BLUPRNT platform fee is refunded in full when a refund is issued due to event cancellation, denied entry, or ticket delivery failure. For other refund scenarios, the platform fee may be non-refundable depending on the organizer's policy.
8. Important disclosures
BLUPRNT is a platform that facilitates ticket sales. BLUPRNT is not the event organizer, venue operator, or performer. Event organizers are responsible for the event taking place as advertised. BLUPRNT does not guarantee the quality, safety, or occurrence of any event listed on the platform.
