About this agreement

This Organizer Agreement governs your use of BLUPRNT as an event organizer — including creating events, selling tickets, and collecting RSVPs — and applies in addition to the BLUPRNT Terms of Service. By creating an event or connecting a payout account, you accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

Eligibility & authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself and any organization you list events for. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your organization, and your events.

Your events

You run the event

You are solely responsible for your event — its production, safety, staffing, venue, permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and venue rules. BLUPRNT is a technology and marketplace provider; it does not organize, host, produce, or guarantee your event, and is not a party to the contract between you and your attendees.

Merchant of record

For each event you list, you are the seller and merchant of record. You set your ticket prices and RSVP terms. BLUPRNT facilitates discovery, ticketing, and payment collection on your behalf; it does not buy or resell your tickets.

Accurate listings

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about each event, including date, time, venue, pricing, lineup, and any age or entry restrictions. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal of your event, withholding of payouts, and suspension of your account.

Money, fees & payouts

Payments & Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you must create and maintain a Stripe connected account and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement during onboarding. You authorize BLUPRNT to instruct Stripe to collect buyer payments for your events and to route the proceeds, net of fees and any amounts owed, to your connected account.

BLUPRNT fees

BLUPRNT charges a platform fee of 3% + $0.50 per ticket sold. Buyers see all-in pricing, with the ticket price, service fee, and any tax itemized before they pay. Your payout for each paid ticket is the ticket price you set, less the BLUPRNT fee. We may change our fees on reasonable notice posted here or in your dashboard; changes apply to events created after the change takes effect.

Payouts

Payouts are made to your Stripe connected account on Stripe's payout schedule. You are responsible for keeping your payout and tax details accurate. BLUPRNT is not responsible for delays, holds, or reversals caused by Stripe, your bank, or incomplete verification. We may place a reasonable hold on payouts related to open disputes, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or unresolved refunds.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes that apply to your event and ticket sales — including any sales, use, amusement, or admissions taxes. Where you configure a tax rate, BLUPRNT may calculate and display that amount to buyers and include it in your proceeds, but you remain responsible for remitting it to the proper authorities. Refunds, disputes & content

Refunds & cancellations

You fund refunds for your events. If you cancel an event, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund, which is deducted from your payout; if funds have already been disbursed to you, you agree to return the full amount to BLUPRNT within 5 business days. If you fail to honor valid tickets or materially misrepresent an event, BLUPRNT may issue refunds to affected buyers at your expense. See the Refund Policy for buyer-facing terms.

Chargebacks & disputes

You are responsible for chargebacks, payment disputes, and related fees arising from your events. You authorize BLUPRNT and Stripe to offset chargebacks, refunds, and associated fees against your payouts or balance, and to recover any shortfall directly from you. You agree to cooperate promptly and provide evidence (such as scans, check-in records, and communications) to help respond to disputes.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of your event content (descriptions, images, logos, lineups) and grant BLUPRNT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote it on the platform and in related marketing. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

Prohibited events & acceptable use

You may not list events that are illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, or that promote hate or discrimination, and you may not use BLUPRNT to launder funds, evade taxes, or deceive buyers. BLUPRNT may remove any event, withhold payouts, and suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects fraud, illegality, or a violation of these terms, pending review.

Legal

Suspension & termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. BLUPRNT may suspend or terminate your organizer access, remove events, or withhold amounts reasonably related to open disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or suspected fraud. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, indemnification, and dispute-resolution terms) will survive.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeoplePlacesThingsMiami LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your event, your content, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including personal injury, property damage, or failure to deliver an event as advertised.

Independent parties

You and PeoplePlacesThingsMiami LLC are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and BLUPRNT.

Disputes, governing law & changes

This Agreement is governed by Florida law, and disputes are resolved under the dispute-resolution, arbitration, and venue provisions of the BLUPRNT Terms of Service. We may update this Agreement from time to time; the version in effect when you create or run an event applies, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
