I bought a ticket and didn't get an email.
Sign in and open My tickets — every ticket you've bought is there with its QR code, even if the email went to spam. If it isn't, write to us with the email you paid with and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
Refund rules are set per event by the organizer and shown on the event page before you pay. Request one from the order in My tickets; if the event was cancelled you're refunded automatically.
How do I list my event?
Create a free organizer account, publish your event, and sell tickets through BLUPRNT checkout. No monthly fee. See For Organizers for the fee table.
Do you cover cities outside Miami?
Miami-Dade is home. Other cities appear as organizers there start listing.
