Acceptance
By using BLUPRNT, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
The platform
BLUPRNT is an event discovery and ticketing platform for Miami, operated by PeoplePlacesThingsMiami LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("PPTM"). We curate and list events, and facilitate ticket sales between event organizers and attendees. We do not organize, host, or guarantee any event listed on the platform.
User accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Don't impersonate other people or create fake accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.
Event listings
Event information is provided by organizers and curated by PPTM. We do our best to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details are current. Event times, prices, lineups, and availability may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the event organizer before attending.
User content
Comments, ratings, and profile information you submit are your responsibility. Don't post spam, harassment, hate speech, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users who violate community standards. By submitting content, you grant PPTM a license to display it on the platform and in related promotional materials.
Ticket Purchases (for Attendees)
Platform role
BLUPRNT operates as a marketplace connecting event organizers with attendees. When you purchase a ticket through BLUPRNT, your contract for the event is with the event organizer, not with BLUPRNT or PeoplePlacesThingsMiami.
Pricing
BLUPRNT uses all-in pricing. Before you pay, we show an itemized breakdown — the ticket price, the BLUPRNT service fee, and any applicable tax — together with the total, which is displayed most prominently. The total shown is the amount you pay; it does not increase later in the checkout, except for government taxes that are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.
Ticket validity
Tickets purchased through BLUPRNT are valid only for the event, date, and time specified. BLUPRNT is not responsible for tickets that are resold, duplicated, or transferred outside of the BLUPRNT platform.

Event organizers may change event details (lineup, time, venue) without notice. BLUPRNT will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes but is not liable for changes made by organizers.
Assumption of risk
Attendance at live events involves inherent risks. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these risks. BLUPRNT is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that occurs at events listed on the platform.
Age restrictions
Some events have age restrictions (21+, 18+). It is your responsibility to verify you meet the age requirement before purchasing. No refunds will be issued for failure to meet age requirements.
Organizer Terms
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your event, including date, time, venue, pricing, lineup, and any restrictions. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal of your event and suspension of your account.
Ticket fulfillment
You are responsible for honoring all tickets sold through BLUPRNT. Failure to admit valid ticket holders may result in forced refunds at your expense and suspension of your account.
Event cancellation
If you cancel your event, you must notify BLUPRNT immediately. All ticket purchasers will receive a full refund, which will be deducted from your payout. If funds have already been disbursed, you agree to return the full amount to BLUPRNT within 5 business days.
BLUPRNT fees
BLUPRNT charges a platform fee of 3% + $0.50 per ticket sold. This fee is included in the ticket price shown to attendees. Your payout is the ticket price minus the BLUPRNT platform fee.
Payouts
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Payout timing and terms are subject to Stripe's policies. BLUPRNT is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your banking institution.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your event content (descriptions, images, etc.) but grant BLUPRNT a non-exclusive license to display and promote your event on the platform and in marketing materials.
Prohibited events
BLUPRNT reserves the right to remove events that violate local, state, or federal law, promote hate or discrimination, or are fraudulent in nature.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLUPRNT and PeoplePlacesThingsMiami from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or failure to deliver the event as advertised.
Disputes & Legal
Disclaimer of warranties
BLUPRNT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PPTM does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
PPTM is not responsible for event cancellations, safety incidents, or disputes between users and event organizers. Use the platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPTM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and PPTM's total liability to any user for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the total fees BLUPRNT collected from that user in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Dispute resolution & binding arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and PeoplePlacesThingsMiami LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to BLUPRNT or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before starting arbitration, you agree to first send a written Notice of Dispute to legal@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com describing the claim and the relief sought; the parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver & mass-arbitration batching
Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If 25 or more similar claims are asserted against PPTM by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the claims may be administered in staged batches of not more than 50 claims at a time (bellwether proceedings) to promote efficient resolution. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com with your name and a statement that you opt out; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you and PPTM agree it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Copyright & DMCA
BLUPRNT respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on BLUPRNT infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at legal@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com. We will respond to valid notices, may remove infringing content, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of BLUPRNT after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
