João Brasil brings Fervor to 1-800-Lucky, the Wynwood pan-Asian food hall with full bars and a karaoke lounge, for a night of Brazilian club sounds, house and heavy grooves straight from Rio. Brasil is a Rio producer and Berklee graduate known for mashups that collide unlikely artists and styles, the approach behind his album Big Forbidden Dance and Calzone, the party he ran back home. Mary Zander, billed as the first lady of Rio's house music scene, has played deep and tech house since the mid-2000s. The flyer's one house rule is no phones, just fervor.
