The celebration carries through the weekend, October 2 to 4, with a gift-with-purchase offer and complimentary skin analysis in the store. Kiehl's began in 1851 as an apothecary at 109 Third Ave in New York's East Village. John Kiehl bought the shop in 1894, and Irving Morse took it over in 1921.
