Sweet School w/ Richard Betts

Sweet School brings Richard Betts to Sweet Liberty for an afternoon on agave spirits, hosted by Koky Lòpez. Betts is a Master Sommelier and the founder of Komos tequila, and he walks through agave, barrel ageing, and how flavor gets built, looking at it through a winemaker's lens. It is a session for people who want to know why something tastes the way it does, with room to ask the person behind the bottle about oak and texture. Komos cocktails come out on arrival and lunch is served Sweet Liberty style.
