Gutenberg! The Musical!
Pompano Players open their 2026 to 2027 season at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center with the South Florida premiere of Gutenberg! The Musical!, which runs November 6 to 15. Scott Brown and Anthony King wrote the Tony-nominated two-man spoof, in which two aspiring playwrights pitch a wildly inaccurate Broadway epic about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. It is an affectionate send-up of musical theater with catchy songs and plenty of irreverent historical twists. Premium single tickets are $55 and Platinum single tickets are $65.
