Every Wednesday, guitarist Greg Diamond leads a weekly jazz series at Conventillo, the New Yorker bringing a sophisticated, soulful blend of jazz improvisation, Latin rhythm, and classical elegance to the Upper Eastside spot. It is built around a rotating cast, a different guest musician each week, so the session never plays the same way twice. Conventillo pairs it with its aperitivo menu and fresh handmade pasta later in the night, making it as much a dinner as a show.
