Art & Sound Bath

Yakira hosts an afternoon art workshop and sound bath at Kasa Yoga Studios built around finding light within the darkness, with Layla leading the sound bath. Yakira guides an intuitive art session with charcoal, oil pastels and colored pencils, and talks through using intuition to make art. Layla's sound bath uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks and wind chimes, with gentle yoga movement and somatic stretching. It closes with a share and discuss circle. Every material is provided, and you sit on a yoga mat, so dress comfortably.
