The Reishi Room: Open House

Henosis House, the community collective Kameezy runs as a self-described sanctuary for unity and creative communion, takes The Reishi Room public with an open house at Peach on 14th in Overtown. The series began as intimate gatherings inside a home, and this is the first large edition the crew has brought out. Roy Paddix and 420True are on sounds, and Kameezy hosts. 420True is a Jamaican-born DJ who spins amapiano, Afro house, Afrotech and 3 Step, and Roy Paddix is a producer. The crew promises amapiano, Afro house, global beats and house with some unexpected edits mixed in. Peach on 14th is also home to Overtown, STILL, the current exhibition from the Overtown Arts initiative.
