Rocketeer Beer marks one year with a full-blown Oktoberfest at its Kendall taproom. The brewery drops five new German-style beers for the occasion, a Marzen, Festbier, Munich Dunkel, Doppelbock, and Weizenbock, poured alongside a Bavarian menu from Astro Dining and a stack of food collabs, from Babe Froman's brat burger to Lucha Dough donuts and Flyin Hyppo's Oktoberfest pizzas. The day fills out with classic Oktoberfest games, stein-holding, yodeling, lederhosen, and a bratwurst-eating showdown, plus DJs running music start to finish and limited-edition steins and shirts. It is a family-friendly, all-day blowout in the southwest suburbs.
