Sweat Records kicks off Pop That Bop, a new limited-run music trivia series hosted by local indie pop artist and commentator Jogir. The first installment is pure mid-2010s nostalgia, a tumblr-core night built around the alt-pop stars that ran the era. The game splits into four rounds, straight trivia, finish-that-lyric, a build-a-playlist challenge, and the namesake pop-that-bop round, with teams battling it out between browsing the record bins. Sweat is the Little Haiti record shop that has anchored Miami's indie scene for years, part store, part cafe, part clubhouse.
