Flyer from the organizer's Instagram post.
Miami musician Carlo Barbacci, who plays in Mold and Homicide Jenny, brings Memphis band Optic Sink to Las Rosas in Allapattah for the band's first Miami show. Optic Sink headlines with local support from Ember, Cypher and The Boy Who Wore Jade. Optic Sink is a synth post-punk trio fronted by the singer of NOTS, cutting stripped-back, electronics-heavy post-punk with analog synths and a drum machine for dancing. The band puts out its records, Glass Blocks and Lucky Number among them, on Feel It Records, and it drew this show's flyer too. The night lands on 11/11, so come make a wish.
