William Alonso leads the tenth chapter of Art History Conversations, his monthly Spanish-language series with Miami International Fine Arts and the City of Doral, at Doral Central Park. This session covers Cubism, Lyrical Abstraction, Geometric Abstraction and the Bauhaus through Picasso, Braque, Kandinsky, Mondrian and Walter Gropius, and how they changed perspective, color, form and design. Alonso is an arts educator with a fine arts degree, a master's in aesthetics and art history, and a background in puppetry and object theater. MIFA, founded in 2019, calls itself the only ARC-approved atelier in Miami.
