305 Yoga marks 20 years of its North Miami studio and 23 years of its nonprofit Connection Coalition, formerly Yoga Gangsters, which trains leaders to bring trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness to underserved youth in schools, shelters, rehab facilities and jails. The celebration includes a 108 Sun Salutation Challenge, live music, local vendors, a kids yoga session, guest speakers, a gratitude meditation and a ribbon cutting. It closes with kirtan, the call-and-response devotional chanting practice.
